North Lake Tahoe Boat Slips
There’s no better way to access the gorgeous, translucent waters of Lake Tahoe than by owning a boat slip at the Tahoe City Marina, located at 700 North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City, along the lake’s legendary North Shore. Own a boat slip here and your boat will be properly taken care of and stored when you’re not using it. When you’re ready to head out on the lake, simply show up and you’ll be on the water in minutes. No fuss of a dock, dingy, or buoy—your boat will be steps away and waiting for you. The 160 privately-owned boat slips here are adoringly nicknamed “dockominiums.” They’re so nice, you may wish you could move into your boat permanently.
One of the oldest marinas on Lake Tahoe, the Tahoe City Marina, formerly called the Tahoe Boat Company, first opened in the 1940s as the northern terminus for Lake Tahoe’s railway company. Services at the marina today include boat inspections, winterizing, warehouse transport, storage services, and more.
