Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it’s beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Squaw Village and Ski Resort. Most have told us it’s a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax.

The Space

The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining and the den all connected with rustic reclaimed red oak hardwood flooring. The kitchen has a new Bosch cook top and oven, beautiful hickory cabinets and a granite slab over a decorative farm sink. A full bathroom with a newly tiled shower / tub is between the great room and the downstairs bedroom with a Queen. There’s also a cute attic-style bedroom upstairs with a KING. Beautiful level yard with grassy areas spreading to the picturesque flowing river. Keurig K45 Elite Brewing has been added to the house. Squaw Valley Rd is 5 miles up the road (6 min w/out traffic, per (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps) and historical Town of Truckee is 4 mi down the road. We’re 3.5 miles from I-80.
